SHIPPING

Handmade takes time.The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. Some custom made to order pieces may require a longer time to craft, but we will work diligently to expedite the process. 

If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will advise when it will be sent, or choose express shipping at check out to prioritize your order automatically.

Most packages will be sent using a tracked service. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number.

For orders outside Canada, please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination.

The below shipping times are an estimate given by the courier companies we use, there are times when delays occur and your parcel may take longer to arrive.

CUSTOMS & TAX

Orders from outside Canada may be subject to import fees on delivery.

Please note that Sereniikey is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please keep in mind, items that include personalization are custom made to order so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • No returns/refunds for already used or tested products.

How to return your order:

  1. Email hello@sereniikey.com with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with our returns address.
  2. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging using a fully tracked and insured delivery service. Please mark the parcel 'RETURNED GOODS'.
  3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.

Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point.

Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    REFUSE THE SHIPMENT

    Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Sereniikey. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.

    CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS

    If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at hello@sereniikey.com before your order is dispatched so we can attempt to correct this for you.We can only correct errors prior to shipment. If the error is not caught prior to shipment. Sereniikey reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
